Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
- Assist in performance management and HR administrative tasks.
