Accounts Officer (Lahore & Zafarwal Base)
About the Role:
Al Rehman Developers is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and results-driven Accounts Officer to join our finance team. This position is available at both our Lahore and Zafarwal Base offices. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting project cost management across our real estate developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Statements: Maintain and review general ledgers, trial balances, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Payments & Billing: Manage vendor payments, contractor invoices, client billing, and follow up on outstanding collections.
- Tax & Audits: Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with local tax regulations, income tax withholdings, and sales tax.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash inflows and outflows, and prepare simple cash forecasts for upper management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com/BS Finance), or relevant qualification .
- Experience: 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or project management.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Location: Candidates must be based in or willing to work at our Lahore or Zafarwal Base office locations.
