Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our Al Rehman Developers Hospital team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-desk experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff professionally.
- Answered phone calls, scheduled appointments, and managed inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain patient records and handle administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff as needed.
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy and presentable.
- Handle billing and payment processing when required.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Fluent in Urdu & Basic English (preferred).
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum: Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS)
- Experience: Six Months (Fresh candidates can also apply)
