Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our Al Rehman Developers Hospital team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-desk experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff professionally.
  • Answered phone calls, scheduled appointments, and managed inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain patient records and handle administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area remains tidy and presentable.
  • Handle billing and payment processing when required.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
  • Fluent in Urdu & Basic English (preferred).

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum: Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS)
  • Experience: Six Months (Fresh candidates can also apply)
